My learning paths for 2025

This year, like any other, comes with its own challenges and opportunities. I’ll share the key learning paths I’ll be focusing on in the coming months, ranging from Artificial Intelligence and leadership to Product Safety and emerging technologies.

To stay ahead in the ever-evolving professional landscape, setting clear learning milestones is essential—not just to avoid procrastination but to ensure meaningful progress.

These areas reflect both personal interests and industry trends, offering a roadmap to growth and adaptability in a fast-paced world.

  • Artificial Intelligence & Automation: Probably the one I will be investing the most time. AI has become part of our daily lives, and it continues to evolve each month. I will be taking a deed dive in this area from three perspectives: Personal Branding, Quality Management and Business Analytics.
  • Digital Literacy and Emerging Technologies: According to an article a read a couple of weeks ago, the trend to migrate to a full digital job is going to sped up in the coming years. Learning new ways to getting things done and providing an agile way to migrate current process to a digital one is going to be key. I intend to deed dive in new technologies in data analysis, programming languages and machine learning.
  • Leadership: this is an ongoing learning path for me – to develop critical thinking, to delegate and improve effective communication. I plan to look for proper courses or trainings, besides the books I found online.
  • Product Safety and Sustainability: As part of an emerging need in the company I work for, I also came to understand that this is a niche that is worth to deed dive. From understanding legislations, to product design and standards for sustainability claims such as Recycled product are taking relevance in the market.

Here are some learning paths I completed last year:

  • Data Analysis with Python and R
  • Machine Learning
  • How to delegate
  • Personal Branding
  • Blogging
  • Leadership
  • Quality 4.0
  • Quality Management Analytics
  • Performance Dashboard

I hope this post help you in the process of setting goals and learning milestones. I’m open to learning recommendations and read back from you what do you consider are important paths to have in mind.
